Parhelia Omni-Stainer with Opentrons OT-2 and Parhelia Thermal Module
We compared the quality of staining done in the Omni-Stainer with the traditional manual benchtop IHC protocol. We found that stainings done in the Omni-Stainer (right) produce less background and either similar or better quality of the signal. On the left – a regular manual benchtop IHC of human tonsil with an anti-CD8a antibody. On the right IHC of human tonsil with anti-CD8a done in the slide Omni-Stainer S12.
