Parhelia’s Service Agreement for Opentrons OT-2
We will service or replace the Opentrons OT-2 or electronic pipette if it fails within the annual agreement. If the instrument is in an international location, then VAT or Tariffs will be the responsibility of the receiving organization or instrument owner.
