Description
Our installation and training package includes:
- “White glove” delivery which means the instrument will be uncrated and taken to the lab bench.
- On sight technician to complete the setup of the liquid handler, electronic pipette installation and thermal module installation (if purchased with the liquid handler)
- Training of 4 to 6 hours based on the setup of the instrument requiring about 2 hours. In other words, you will have access to our technician for 8 hours.
- Additional remote training or assistance during regular business hours for 1 (one) year.
