Dewax on the Parhelia Spatial Station

Dewax

High-content analysis methods require dewaxing of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens prior to staining. Manual dewaxing is labor-intensive and inserts variability between operators and labs. The Spatial Station ensures complete and consistent dewaxing without using harsh xylenes.

Antigen Retrieval on the Parhelia Spatial Station

Antigen Retrieval

Epitope retrieval through heating in a buffered solution (HIER) is critical for spatial biology. Precise heating (0-100 C) and humidity control combined with automation take the guesswork out of HIER and enable hands-free protocol optimization.

H&E on the Parhelia Spatial Station

H&E

Hematoxylin and Eosin stain is the gold standard in medical diagnosis and pathology. The Spatial Station quickly and reproducibly automates the H&E stain workflow, combining morphology with any spatial biology analysis on any tissue.

IHC on the Parhelia Spatial Station

IHC

From dewaxing and epitope retrieval through staining, the entire IHC sample preparation procedure can be automated on the Spatial Station. Use your own buffers and antibodies for reproducible, high-quality, hands-free IHC staining.

Opal/PSP on the Parhelia Spatial Station

Opal/PSP

Multiplexed Immunofluorescence techniques like Opal enable highly plexed analysis of the tumor microenvironment. Automate the entire workflow and achieve optimal results with walkaway efficiency and consistent control.

PCF/CODEX on the Parhelia Spatial Station

PCF/CODEX

PhenoCycler technology detects 100+ targets at single-cell resolution. The Spatial Station automates the entire pre-imaging workflow with robust fixation for consistent and vigorous sample staining.

IMC on the Parhelia Spatial Station

IMC

Automating the IMC sample prep protocol makes the hydrophobic barrier pen a tool of the past. Capillary gap methodology ensures uniform staining while consuming up to 5X less reagent with no risk of leakage.

GeoMx on the Parhelia Spatial Station

GeoMx

The Spatial Station automates the entire GeoMx pre-imaging workflow, including dewaxing+HIER, overnight staining at 4 C, and post-imaging H&E staining with 50-70% reduced reagent usage.

RNAScope on the Parhelia Spatial Station

RNAScope

RNAScope in situ hybridization allows for spatial genomics at single-molecule resolution. Automate pretreatment steps to ensure consistent probe hybridization across samples.

10x Visium on the Parhelia Spatial Station

10x Visium

Visium is a popular spatial transcriptomics platform from 10x Genomics offering comprehensive coverage of the transcriptome with near-single cell resolution. The Spatial Station automates the entire 2-day Visium FFPE CytAssist prep protocol, including dewaxing, H&E staining, and post-ligation washes before CytAssist transfer, doubling throughput to up to 4 slides per batch with less than 1 hour of hands-on time.

Panel Mixing on the Parhelia Spatial Station

Panel Mixing

Automated panel mixing, reporter plate pipetting, and antibody cocktail preparation using an intuitive design platform that integrates with universal storage modules for reproducible, hands-free panel design.
