Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is handled on a “per order”, “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the delivery address and availability of a “Receiving Dock” in the case of freight shipments like a Parhelia Spatial Station and/or Opentrons OT-2 which will arrive on a pallet.
Title of Products
Purchases of product through Parheliabio.com are subject to the destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to-address, and Parhelia Biosciences is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
International shipments
Please request a quote for international shipments.
Warranty
Parhelia Biosciences will warranty our products for 1 year from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair an Omni-Stainer or components that support the Omni-Stainer, e.g. the Thermal Sheath, In the event that there is a failure in workmanship or product functionality.

* Payment terms : Credit card or Net30 with a Purchase Order from an approved organization

* If the Purchaser fails to make any payment when due under this Contract, then the Purchaser will pay to Parhelia Bio, interest on the amount unpaid from the date when payment is due until payment is made at the rate of 2% per month compounded monthly (equivalent to 26.82% per annum), calculated and payable monthly, as well after as before any judgment.
* If your organization requests shipping using your own shipping account there will still be handling fees applied
